Yes, we do occasionally look for new team members. Send an email with a screenshot* of your latest project, together with a bit about yourself to: help@aeroplaneheaven.com

Can I make and release new skins for your aeroplanes? |
You are certainly more than welcome to create new skins for our planes.We do ask that you contact Aeroplane Heaven to obtain permission if you want to make something available to the public. Public releases must be the skins only - you must not upload Aeroplane Heaven models under any circumstances.

What is your upgrade policy? |
Aeroplane Heaven packs generally have their upgrade policies included on their download page. As a general rule, upgrades to existing models, textures, sounds, effects etc. are free to purchasers and you will be notified by Email.

Do you have missions included in your packs? |
Not currently, as there are many excellent missions available from both freeware and payware developers. We are considering this for future developments..

Do you have any free planes? |
Yes. These are available to Aeroplane Heaven members. Membership is free & you'll have access to a range of free products and special offers not available to the general public. At present the Ahmembers is open to everyone!

Yes. Our beer of choice is a true Aussie original - a 'knock your socks off' homebrew made by our illustrious leader..

I have a plane I'd like to see modelled - do you take requests? |
Yes, we do take requests. We can't build them right away (our production schedule is VERY full), but we're definitely interested in hearing what you'd like. And you never know, the plane you're after might be next on the list!

Which Flight Simulators do you build for? |
We build for the Microsoft Flight and Combat Flight simulator series. We are also "chomping" at the bit to get our hands on the new FSX simulator.

1) Are my details secure? |
Aeroplane Heaven does not see any of your Credit Card details - these are proccessed solely through 2Checkout.com, our secure credit card processor. All other details are used only to make sure that you receive your product as ordered. If you're interested in having a look at 2Checkout.com, click here to go straight to their home page.

2) I have a slow internet connection, can I get back to the download page later on if I need to? |
Yes. Bookmark, or make a note of the web address that is given to you on the page that contains your username and password. You may return to this page to download your product as long as you need to, however, as these are fairly big files we recommend that you download them only once & make a copy of them somewhere safe (ie. burn them to a CD or copy them to a ZIP disk) - this helps us to keep our data transfer low & affordable! Make sure you also save your username and password somewhere safe as you will need them to return to the secure download area.

3) Can I buy something if I don't have a Credit Card? |
We can accept money orders in US Dollars for purchases of US $40 or over. For amounts under this we accept Money Orders in Australian dollars only - please contact us by Email at help@aeroplaneheaven.com to arrange a purchase before sending your Money Order.

4) Can I buy more than one product? |
Yes, simply return to the Aeroplane Heaven Shopping Page, and click on the 'Buy Now' link for whichever product you wish to purchase. Your verification Email from 2Checkout will contain links to each product you have purchased (if they are downloadable products).

5) I've paid my money, what happens next? |
You will receive an Email from 2Checkout.com confirming your purchase details and a link to the page containing your username and password THIS LINK EXPIRES AFTER ONE USE - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RECORD THE DETAILS OF YOUR DOWNLOAD ADDRESS, USERNAME AND PASSWORD. ****Make absolutely sure that the Email address you give with your purchase details is correct as your download details will be sent to you at this address. It's best to avoid free Email addresses **** If you don't receive this Email, or believe that you have given an incorrect Email address, please get in touch with us at help@aeroplaneheaven.com as we will need to manually verify that your order has gone through.

6) I've paid for my product through 2Checkout.com and haven't received any Email, what do I do? |
If you haven't received an Email from 2Checkout.com with your order details within a few hours, the first thing to do is Email Aeroplane Heaven and let us know. We can check to see if your order has gone through, and try and find out what the problem is. It's important that you don't submit another order without contacting us first, or you may be charged for 2 purchases. If this does happen, we can provide you with a credit for the second amount, to use for further Aeroplane Heaven products. If your order has been processed, we can send you all the details you need to download your product..

7) The link in my Email doesn't work... |
Try changing your internet security settings to Medium - this often fixes the problem. It is also possible that this is occuring because a free email address was give (ie. Hotmail or Yahoo). If this is the case, please advise us via Email that you are encountering problems.

8) My password doesn't work... |
Make absolutely sure that you are using the correct characters given as your username and password as they are both case sensitive. Also check that characters that look similar (ie. the number one (1) and lowercase L (l) ) aren't being mixed up.
Finally, our secure area requires that you must re-type the password and username manually each time you want to log in, the quickest way to do this would be to copy and paste the password directly from the email that you received from 2checkout.

9) Can I pay in my own currency? |
2Checkout has recently introduced a new feature to it's Credit Card processing facilities. When you go through to the 2Checkout site to pay for your purchase, you may choose to view prices in your local currency (**not all currencies are supported - see below). When you click on the flag for the currency you wish to use, all prices are converted at the current exchange rate. From this point on, this is the price you pay & currency that you pay in. Using this feature means you know exactly what you will be charged in your local currency without waiting for your bank to do the exchange (this can often save extra bank fees too!).
Currencies supported are: Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Swiss Francs, Danish Kroners, Euros, British Pounds Sterling, Hong Kong Dollars, Japanese Yen, Norwegian Kroner, New Zealand Dollar, Swedish Kronor & US Dollars.
